Flooring changes a room faster than almost any other project, and it is also the least forgiving. A subfloor that is not flat, a layout that was never planned, or a transition that was rushed shows up permanently. Green Wave Construction spends the time under the floor so the floor itself looks right.
We install and replace tile, luxury vinyl plank, and hardwood. Tile work includes floors and shower and tub surrounds with proper waterproofing before any tile goes on the wall. Vinyl plank is common in lower levels and rental turnovers where durability matters. Hardwood covers new installation and replacement in main living areas, bedrooms, hallways, and stairs.
Layout is planned before the first row goes down, so cuts land where they are least visible and the pattern reads intentionally across doorways and transitions.

Bathroom floors, shower and tub surrounds, entries, and accent areas, with waterproofing completed before tile is set on wet walls.
Luxury vinyl plank
Durable plank flooring for lower levels, whole units, and rental turnovers, installed over a prepared and leveled subfloor.
Hardwood flooring
New hardwood installation and replacement in living areas, bedrooms, hallways, and stairs, with transitions and trim handled cleanly.
Subfloor prep and transitions
Removal of old flooring, subfloor repair and leveling, and thresholds and trim that make the change between rooms look deliberate.

Old flooring comes out, the subfloor is repaired and leveled, and the new floor is set to a planned layout.

Finish and walk
Trim, thresholds, grout, and cleanup are completed, then we walk the finished floor with you.
